Back to Karate!

Ryan saw the Orthopedic Surgeon today and was cleared to return to "everything." He can even return to Karate, altho he has to ease into it.

Yeah! I'm not looking forward to running back and forth to Karate a few times a week again - it's about a 30-35 min. drive - but I'm glad he's able to do all normal activities!

This is my favorite Karate picture of him, taken a few belt levels ago. He's a blue belt now. (White, Yellow, Orange, Blue...)
