to the end of the year without any more IV’s. It hasn’t been that long since I was on IV’s, but I already feel I need them again.
I’ve been very SOB (short of breath, for you newbies to CF! I don’t use bad language, even in acronyms.), tiring so easily, sinuses bad, coughing an awful lot. I wondering how much the weather has to do with it, but still…when I cough it’s hard to get my breath back. If I take a deep breath, it’s hard to expel back out.
But since we haven’t paid off the last round of IV’s and we’ve been hit so badly financially this year, I don’t want to start IV’s very soon. And I’d hate to be on them over the holidays because the meds always make me feel horrible and I need all of the energy I can get for the holidays.
I’m trying to rest a lot each day and use my O2 around the house. Which is why my house looks pretty pathetic today…and my husband is coming home tonight. I need to get off here and get to work because he doesn’t have an understanding of these things.
Thanks for listening!
I really hope and pray that you will be ok until after the holidays.....but if not....you better get those iv's!
ReplyDeleteHugts to you.....

I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling great. This last time with IV's just wasn't great, from beginning to end and now it seems it didn't work as well as usual either.
ReplyDeletePraying you start feeling better.
This last time with IV's was crummy, from beginning to end, and now it seems it didn't work so well either.
ReplyDeleteI'm praying you are able to hold off on the IV's and start feeling better.
I am so sorry you are not feeling well. You know I am praying for you and hoping that with a change in weather maybe you will feel better.
ReplyDelete~Hugs and prayers~

Oh sweetie don't worry about the house when you can't breathe! You need to take care of you first...and then do what you can. But don't add stress to an already stressful situation. I will pray that your husband will be understanding. And that you will feel better real soon.
ReplyDeleteCan't even imagine going through that. Bless your heart.
