This morning D punched Ryan in the mouth after he saw Ryan talking to the manager about him. No one saw D do this so the only proof is Ryan's bloody lip.
They suspended BOTH of them.
Ryan is very upset.
The new volunteer supervisor is investigating today. He seemed like a very nice and fair guy, so hopefully D will be terminated and Ryan will be reinstated.

ReplyDeleteCharacter is what is developed when we go through things like this. The only thing Ryan can do is be honest and forthright. Otherwise, the outcome is all in God's hands and His plan. I know it's awful for all of you to know that Ryan has been falsely accused. But you are right to counsel him that happens to everyone at some point in life. He just needs to tell the truth and hand it over to God to sort out.

ReplyDeleteI don't blame Ryan. I can't believe "D" did those things to him. Praying things can work out and Ryan can resume his job.
