This is the miracle non-drug for...Menopause!
The hot flashes practically disappear and you don't know how wonderful that is until you start experiencing them. (Mine started a few years ago.) I get mine from Swanson because the product and price is so good. I spend about $3/mo for no hot flashes and mood swings...hey, what's not to like?
