My sister showed me this site last week and I just love it


It's My Fitness Pal.



If you enter what you weigh and how much you want to lose, how much exercise you will do during the week, it will calculate how many calories you need to intake in order to reach your goal.



You enter what you eat and it calculates the calories, fat, etc. for you and keeps a tally.



You enter your exercise and it calculates how many calories you burned.



At the end of the day you press a button and it tells you how you did and says encouraging things like "Wow! With days like this you will weigh --- in 5 weeks!"



You can also have "friends" there so you can be held accountable. My sister uses the site and we can see what each of each other are doing. You don't have to do that, if you want to keep it private.



I've been holding to my exercise routine and can't wait to get to the computer to enter it. I think more about what I eat because I know I will be logging it. Sometimes when I'm not sure which thing I should eat, I type it in to the program and find out what the calories/fat grams/carbs are and it helps me make a better choice.
