My parents came for supper and brought their new dog.

They've had German Shepherds for years and just got this little bit a thing. We were trying to acclimate him to our two big dogs. Our big Golden was SCARED of him! He would run and hide all of the time and little Toby would snarle and bare his teeth and act fierce. It was quite funny but my mom is trying to train him not to do this. If he does it with her big German Shepherd, the GS would probably kill him!
I made a Valentines cake, too, but didn't take a picture of it.
Beautiful flowers! Dogs are funny, aren't they? Sounds like you had a fun night.
ReplyDeleteTulips - tied as my favorite flowers. What I always hope to get (potted, to last longer)!
ReplyDeleteMy parents also had German Shepherds when I was growing up and now they have little dogs! I love your scrapbook pages!

thanks for your comment on my blog...very sweet!!! I'm glad you found me...so I can start following you! I'm amazed that you were not diagnosed until the age of 43...i guess that's good and bad! I have an aunt that was supposedly just diagnosed last year and she is in her 50s. I'm glad to know that you are doing ok though! And yes...I love my Lord...and I have a huge passion for kids....love them and have been around them in some way my whole life. As soon as I turned 16,I started working in my church nursery. It's fun and humbling experience and they can teach you so much!! Have a great week! I look forward to keeping in touch. And if it's ok...I'll add you to my blog roll (that makes it easier for me to know when there are updates).
ReplyDeleteyour blog looks great, and love the pictures.
