I'm going on a date!

Going on a date is a big thing in our marriage. My husband isn't home a lot and, even when he is, finances don't allow a lunch/dinner date.

Today is our 22nd Anniversary!


This last year has been one of the hardest in our marriage. I won't go into it all, but will say that I've been doing the Love Dare book and trying to address how I love him and how I treat him.

This evening we are going on a double date to the Acropolis with some friends who have been wanting to go out with us.

R will be staying at my parents. My brother and his family are home on furlough for 3 months and are arriving at my parents this afternoon. So my son will have a good time with his cousins while we are gone.

When we return we will all visit and spend some time catching up. My brother lives in the Marshall Islands so I don't see them or talk to them very often.
